The identity and contact details you share through this form, together with the other information you submit within its scope (education details, message content, etc.), are processed by the Bursa Artvin Foundation in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), for the purposes of evaluating your request or application, carrying out the related processes, and being able to respond to you.
Your data are used solely for these purposes and are not shared with third parties for any other purpose.
Data Security and Retention
The information you submit through the form is encrypted when it is recorded in our system and is stored in our database in encrypted form. This information can be accessed only by authorised Foundation personnel, as required by their duties and to the extent necessary.
Your data are retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires, and in any event for no longer than 1 (one) year from the date the form was submitted. At the end of this period, or earlier if the purpose of processing ceases to exist, your records are deleted from the database. Your records may also be deleted upon your request before the retention period expires.
Security Verification (Google reCAPTCHA)
Our form is protected by the "Google reCAPTCHA" service provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, in order to guard against fraudulent and malicious submissions made by automated software (bots). This service does not run across our entire website; it is executed only on pages containing a form.
During the verification, technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and your interaction behaviour on the page are collected automatically and transmitted to Google's servers for analysis in order to determine whether you are a bot. The Foundation receives only the information as to whether the verification was successful; the Foundation does not access the content of such technical data and does not store it. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the form (KVKK, Art. 5/2-f).
The cookies used in this context are strictly necessary (mandatory) cookies required for the delivery of the service, and do not require explicit consent.
The identity, contact and other information you declare in the form ARE NOT TRANSFERRED ABROAD. Only the technical data falling within the scope of the security verification described above are transferred to Google's servers located abroad, as required by the nature of that service; such transfer is based on your explicit consent pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK.
